Streetlifting, often referred to as Weighted Calisthenics, is a form of calisthenics where various bodyweight exercises are made more challenging with additional weights. Weight belts, kettlebells, barbells, weight plates, and weight vests are commonly used for this purpose.
With its simple and scalable method for progressively increasing the intensity of exercises—primarily pull-ups, dips, squats, and muscle-ups—this form of training is often practiced to enhance maximal strength. Enthusiasts frequently compete in community competitions to test their skills.

My goal is to make you stronger, more flexible, and more resilient. My sports career began with handball and evolved through fitness strength training to competition-focused training for streetlifting, where I have achieved significant success in various competitions.
I assist Nadine with online coaching and handle some back office things. I am a personal trainer with experience in basic strength training and CrossFit, both as a trainer and coach. For fun, I have also participated in a streetlifting competition, which introduced me to the world of calisthenics.
