This is the most commonly used form of the MuscleUP Coaching and combines the best of both worlds:
Online coaching forms the foundation of the training. You will receive your weekly updated training plan via an app/browser application, where you can track individual results and ask questions. It also serves as a communication tool.
In addition, we will meet 1-4 times a month (depending on the package) for personal training sessions. During these sessions, we will review exercises from the online coaching or integrate new ones to ensure correct execution, effectiveness, and safety from the start.
We’ll also occasionally mix things up to make the training more enjoyable!
Completely flexible in terms of location and time, online coaching is for you!
We usually conduct the assessment online, and you also have the opportunity to join special live calls to ask questions that might not be answered in just a few written sentences.
Your training plan will continuously adapt to your level and target your goals. Whether you're a beginner in strength training or an ambitious competitive athlete in streetlifting (weighted calisthenics), this is the right approach for you, provided you bring a bit of self-motivation. While I won’t be physically beside you to push you during training, I will provide you with the essential guidance through the training plan and offer mental support.
