Alexander Roth runs a physical therapy studio ´Elastics+` in Germering, in the west of Munich. His main goal is, to improve the elasticity of muscles and tissue by combining different physio-therapeutical methods.
Two years of studying human medicine including passing the following finals, e.g. in anatomy, make him an expert in his field when it comes to working with clients. Many years of working in the field combined with frequent additional trainings are the reason that he always knows what to do.

Marcel Dibbern - AthletiC- & personal Trainer in Hamburg
Marcel is trained and licensed Athletic Trainer & Personal Trainer located in Hamburg and is working in the field of fitness and sports for more than 10 years. He specializes in performance-focused athletic training, Functional Fitness and sport rehabilitation.
In Hamburg he is not only working with his personal training clients but also with professional athletes, e.g. in Track & Field. Currently he is also training a Water Polo team, which is competing in the national league, to improve the performance and fitness of the athletes on the field.
For a long time, I have being working with Marcel to improve
athletic training further and for getting a second opinion, whenever I need his
expertise. In addition, Marcel offers to train clients of mine - using methods
that match my training methods exactly – when they are on a business trip in
Hamburg.
